Need to send something back? You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, including all original packaging and tags.

To start a return, email us at info@christinethelabel.com.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once we receive your returned item, expect your refund to be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. Follow the return process and specify the desired size/color in your email.
